• All jadeite used by TATHATĀ is certified natural Type A jadeite, untreated by chemical or artificial processes.

• Jadeite is a natural mineral formed over millions of years. As such, it may display natural textures such as silk lines, mineral streaks, stone grains, crystal clouds, or root-like color veins. These are not flaws, but intrinsic characteristics of its natural origin.

• If you seek ultra-clear, flawless visual effects, please let us know in advance—we will recommend suitable stone types.

💎 About Custom-Made Pieces

• Most of our pieces are bespoke designs, co-created with clients based on their intentions, chosen jadeite, and energy themes.

• Metal settings include 24K / 18K / 14K / 9K gold options, available in yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold tones. Diamond pavé or accent settings are also available.

• Once the design and quotation are confirmed, all custom-made items are non-refundable and non-cancellable. We appreciate your understanding.

📏 Sizing & Wear

• Please confirm ring sizes, chain lengths, and relevant measurements before ordering. We are happy to assist if needed.

• Each piece is handmade, and subtle variations may occur based on individual fit. We offer reasonable resizing and aftercare support.

🔍 Color & Photography

• All pieces are photographed under natural light to preserve authenticity. However, color perception may vary across screens and lighting conditions.

• Jadeite naturally displays light shifts and glow under different angles. Please contact us if you would like to receive additional videos or photos before purchase.

🕊️ After-Sales Support

• If any non-human structural issue (e.g., setting looseness) is found within 7 days of receipt, we offer one complimentary repair.

• For long-term wear, we also provide polishing, resizing, and care guidance upon request.

• International orders are shipped via trusted services such as DHL or FedEx with tracking and optional insurance.
